"I started Mounjaro worried about losing muscle along with the weight, and most advice online was either vague or contradictory. This gave me an actual protocol, specific protein targets I had to hit even when my appetite had basically disappeared, and a plan for getting there through small, realistic meals rather than forcing three big ones. My strength went up while the number on the scale kept moving. That combination is what I needed."

CLIENT STORIES

Two women. Different situations. The same result.

Sarah, 42

Finance director · Dubai · Online Coaching

WHERE SHE STARTED

Sarah had been training intermittently for years — good stints followed by long gaps. She was entering perimenopause, sleeping poorly, and had noticed her body composition changing despite her efforts. She had tried two online programmes before EVOLVE FIT. Both were abandoned by week 6.

THE OBJECTION

Her main concern was time. Working 50-hour weeks with two children, she was skeptical that a 5-day programme was realistic. She almost did not apply.

THE FIRST FOUR WEEKS

Harder than she expected — not the training, but the check-in. Being asked specific questions every week forced her to be honest with herself about sleep, stress, and how much she was actually eating. By week 3, she had stopped skipping breakfast.

BY WEEK 12

Deadlift: 52kg → 74kg. 1km run: 7:42 → 6:08. Hip thrust: 60kg → 95kg. Three centimetres off her waist. But what she reported in her exit review was different: she felt structurally different. Like her body worked properly again.

"I've tried coaching before and it always fell apart when life got in the way. This was different — when my sleep was terrible for two weeks, the programme actually changed. It wasn't me failing the programme. The programme adapted to me."

Nadia, 38

Healthcare professional · Dubai · Premium Coaching · Track B (GLP-1)

WHERE SHE STARTED

Nadia had been on Mounjaro for four months. She had lost 11kg but felt progressively weaker, more fatigued, and was alarmed by how much her gym performance had declined. Her appetite was so suppressed she was regularly eating under 800 calories without realising it.

THE OBJECTION

She was worried that structured training on such low energy would make things worse. She had read conflicting advice online and was uncertain whether to train hard or rest. She needed a clear protocol, not more information.

THE FIRST FOUR WEEKS

The first week felt manageable — volume was reduced deliberately. The nutrition work was harder than the training. Hitting 130g of protein daily when she barely felt hungry required planning every meal the night before. By week 3, her energy had stabilised noticeably.

BY WEEK 12

Hip thrust: 45kg → 78kg. Deadlift: 50kg → 72kg. Body fat reduced by 4.2%. She had continued to lose weight but — crucially — the rate of muscle loss had stopped. Her strength was higher than before she started medication. She described herself, for the first time in a year, as feeling strong.

"I was scared I was losing muscle and no one could tell me what to do about it. This programme gave me a specific answer — not general advice, an actual protocol built for my situation. That made all the difference."
